ଏଡିସତ୍ରିକଟ.ଓଡିଶ.ଗୋବ.ଇନ କୁ ଯାଆନ୍ତୁ ଏବଂ 'କିଟିଜେନ ରେଜିଷ୍ଟ୍ରେଶନ' ରେ ଆପଣଙ୍କ ଆଧାର ନମ୍ବର, ନାମ, ଫୋନ ନମ୍ବର ଓ ଇମେଲ ଦେଇ ଆକାଉଣ୍ଟ ତିଆରି କରନ୍ତୁ।Go to edistrict.odisha.gov.in and create an account under 'Citizen Registration' with your Aadhaar number, name, phone number, and email.

ଲଗଇନ ପରେ 'ଆପ୍ଲାଇ ଫୋର ସର୍ଭିସେସ୍' ରୁ 'କସଟେ କେରଟିଫିକଟେ ଚୟନ କରନ୍ତୁ। ଏସସି/ଏସଟି/ଏସଇବିସି ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଆପଣଙ୍କ ଜାତି ବର୍ଗ ସିଲେକ୍ଟ କରନ୍ତୁ।After login, select 'Caste Certificate' from 'Apply for Services'. Choose your caste category from SC/ST/SEBC.
ଫର୍ମ ଭରନ୍ତୁFill the Form

ଆପଣଙ୍କ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଗତ ବିବରଣୀ, ଜାତି ନାମ, ପିତାଙ୍କ ନାମ, ଠିକଣା ଓ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ସଠିକ ଭାବେ ଭରନ୍ତୁ। ଜାତି ନାମ ସରକାରୀ ତାଲିକା ଅନୁସାରେ ଲେଖନ୍ତୁ।Fill your personal details, caste name, father's name, address, and district accurately. Write caste name as per the official government list.

ପରିବାର ଜାତି ପ୍ରମାଣପତ୍ର, ସ୍କୁଲ ଲିଭିଂ ସାର୍ଟିଫିକେଟ ଓ ଆଧାର କାର୍ଡର ସ୍କ୍ୟାନ ଅପଲୋଡ କରନ୍ତୁ। ଫାଇଲ ପିଡିଏଫ ବା ଜେପିଜି ହେବା ଦରକାର।Upload scans of family caste certificate, school leaving certificate, and Aadhaar card. Files must be PDF or JPG.
ଦାଖଲ କରନ୍ତୁ ଓ ଟ୍ର୍ୟାକ କରନ୍ତୁSubmit and Track

ସମସ୍ତ ତଥ୍ୟ ଯାଞ୍ଚ କରି 'ସୁବମିଟ ଦବାନ୍ତୁ। ଆବେଦନ ନମ୍ବର ନୋଟ କରନ୍ତୁ। ତହସିଲଦାର/ଏସଡିଏମ ଯାଞ୍ଚ ପରେ ପ୍ରମାଣପତ୍ର ଡାଉନଲୋଡ ହୋଇପାରିବ।Verify all details and click 'Submit'. Note the application number. After verification by Tahasildar/SDM, the certificate can be downloaded.
