ଆପଣଙ୍କ ଠିକଣାରେ ଜଣେ ପୋଲିସ ଅଧିକାରୀ ଆସି ଯାଞ୍ଚ କରିବେ। ଆଧାର କାର୍ଡ, ଠିକଣା ପ୍ରମାଣ ଓ ଅନ୍ୟ ଡକ୍ୟୁମେଣ୍ଟ ଦେଖାନ୍ତୁ। ପ୍ରତିବେଶୀଙ୍କୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ପଚରାଯାଇପାରେ।A police officer will visit your address for verification. Show your Aadhaar card, address proof, and other documents. Neighbours may also be questioned.

ଯାଞ୍ଚ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ହେଲେ ପୋଲିସ ରିପୋର୍ଟ ଅନୁରୋଧ କର୍ତ୍ତୃପକ୍ଷ (ପାସପୋର୍ଟ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ/ନିଯୁକ୍ତିଦାତା) କୁ ପଠାଯାଏ। ଏଥିରେ ୭-୧୫ ଦିନ ଲାଗିପାରେ।After verification, the police report is sent to the requesting authority (passport office/employer). This may take 7-15 days.
