ଏଡିସତ୍ରିକଟ.ଓଡିଶ.ଗୋବ.ଇନ କୁ ଯାଆନ୍ତୁ ଏବଂ 'କିଟିଜେନ ରେଜିଷ୍ଟ୍ରେଶନ' ରେ ଆପଣଙ୍କ ଆଧାର ନମ୍ବର, ନାମ, ଫୋନ ନମ୍ବର ଓ ଇମେଲ ଦେଇ ଆକାଉଣ୍ଟ ତିଆରି କରନ୍ତୁ।Go to edistrict.odisha.gov.in and create an account under 'Citizen Registration' with your Aadhaar number, name, phone number, and email.

ଲଗଇନ ପରେ 'ଆପ୍ଲାଇ ଫୋର ସର୍ଭିସେସ୍' ରୁ 'ରେସିଡେନକେ କେରଟିଫିକଟେ ବା 'ଡୋମିକିଲେ କେରଟିଫିକଟେ ଚୟନ କରନ୍ତୁ। ଆପଣଙ୍କ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଓ ତହସିଲ ସିଲେକ୍ଟ କରନ୍ତୁ।After login, select 'Residence Certificate' or 'Domicile Certificate' from 'Apply for Services'. Choose your district and tahasil.
ଫର୍ମ ଭରନ୍ତୁFill the Form

ଆପଣଙ୍କ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଗତ ବିବରଣୀ, ସ୍ଥାୟୀ ଠିକଣା, ବାସ କାଳ (କେତେ ବର୍ଷ ଧରି ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ବାସ କରୁଛନ୍ତି) ସଠିକ ଭାବେ ଭରନ୍ତୁ।Fill your personal details, permanent address, and duration of residence (how many years you have been living in Odisha) accurately.

ଆଧାର କାର୍ଡ, ଭୋଟର ଆଇଡି ଓ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ବିଲର ସ୍କ୍ୟାନ ଅପଲୋଡ କରନ୍ତୁ। ଫାଇଲ ପିଡିଏଫ ବା ଜେପିଜି ହେବା ଦରକାର।Upload scans of Aadhaar card, Voter ID, and electricity bill. Files must be PDF or JPG.

ସମସ୍ତ ତଥ୍ୟ ଯାଞ୍ଚ କରି 'ସୁବମିଟ ଦବାନ୍ତୁ। ଆବେଦନ ନମ୍ବର ନୋଟ କରନ୍ତୁ। ତହସିଲଦାର ଯାଞ୍ଚ ପରେ ପ୍ରମାଣପତ୍ର ଡାଉନଲୋଡ ହୋଇପାରିବ।Verify all details and click 'Submit'. Note the application number. After verification by Tahasildar, the certificate can be downloaded.

ଅନଲାଇନ ଆବେଦନ ପରେ ସାଧାରଣତଃ ୭-୧୫ ଦିନ ଲାଗେ। ତହସିଲଦାର ଯାଞ୍ଚ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ହେଲେ ଏସଏମଏସ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ସୂଚନା ମିଳିବ।After online application, it usually takes 7-15 days. You'll be notified via SMS once the Tahasildar completes verification.

ଏନଆରଆଇ ମାନେ ସିଧାସଳଖ ବାସସ୍ଥାନ ପ୍ରମାଣପତ୍ର ପାଇପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ, କାରଣ ଏହା ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ବାସ ପ୍ରମାଣ କରେ। ତେବେ ଯଦି ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ବାସ କରିଥିଲେ, ଡୋମିସାଇଲ ପ୍ରମାଣପତ୍ର ପାଇଁ ଆବେଦନ କରିପାରିବେ।NRIs cannot directly get a residence certificate as it proves current residence. However, if they previously lived in Odisha, they can apply for a domicile certificate.
