   ରେର.ଓଡିଶ.ଗୋବ.ଇନ ୱେବସାଇଟ ଖୋଲନ୍ତୁ। ଏଠାରେ ସମସ୍ତ ପଞ୍ଜୀକୃତ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ସନ୍ଧାନ କରିପାରିବେ।Go to rera.odisha.gov.in. You can search all registered real estate projects here.

2. ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ନାମ ବା ବିଲ୍ଡର ନାମ ଦେଇ ସନ୍ଧାନ କରନ୍ତୁSearch by Project Name or Builder Name

   'ସେଅରଚ ପ୍ରୋଜେକଟସ ରେ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ନାମ, ପ୍ରୋମୋଟର ନାମ ବା ଆରଇଆରଏ ନମ୍ବର ଦେଇ ସନ୍ଧାନ କରନ୍ତୁ।Use 'Search Projects' to find by project name, promoter name, or RERA registration number.
3. ଆରଇଆରଏ ନମ୍ବର ଯାଞ୍ଚ କରନ୍ତୁVerify RERA Number

   ବିଲ୍ଡରଙ୍କ ଦିଆଯାଇଥିବା ଆରଇଆରଏ ନମ୍ବର ସହ ପୋର୍ଟାଲର ଆରଇଆରଏ ନମ୍ବର ମେଳ ଖାଉଛି କି ଯାଞ୍ଚ କରନ୍ତୁ।Cross-check the RERA number given by the builder with the one on the portal.
4. ସମାପ୍ତି ତାରିଖ ଯାଞ୍ଚ କରନ୍ତୁCheck Completion Date

   ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପର ସମାପ୍ତି ତାରିଖ ଦେଖନ୍ତୁ। ତାରିଖ ପାର୍ ହୋଇଥିଲେ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ବିଳମ୍ବିତ ହୋଇଥାଇପାରେ।Check the project completion date. If the date has passed, the project may be delayed.
5. ବିଲ୍ଡରଙ୍କ ଅନ୍ୟ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ଦେଖନ୍ତୁReview Builder's Other Projects

   ସେହି ବିଲ୍ଡରଙ୍କ ଅନ୍ୟ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ସ୍ଥିତି ଦେଖନ୍ତୁ — ସମୟରେ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ହୋଇଛି କି ନାହିଁ।Check the builder's track record — were their other projects completed on time?
