  2. ଫର୍ମ ୧ ଭରନ୍ତୁFill Form 1
    ରାସନ କାର୍ଡ ଆବେଦନ ଫର୍ମ (ଫର୍ମ ୧) ଭରନ୍ତୁ — ପରିବାର ସଦସ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କ ନାମ, ଆଧାର ଓ ଠିକଣା।Fill ration card application form (Form 1) with family members' names, Aadhaar numbers, and address.
  3. ଡକ୍ୟୁମେଣ୍ଟ ଦାଖଲ କରନ୍ତୁSubmit Documents
    ଆଧାର କାର୍ଡ, ଠିକଣା ପ୍ରମାଣ, ଆୟ ପ୍ରମାଣପତ୍ର ଓ ଫଟୋ ଦାଖଲ କରନ୍ତୁ।Submit Aadhaar card, address proof, income certificate, and photos.
  4. ଆକ୍ନୋଲେଜ୍‌ମେଣ୍ଟ ନିଅନ୍ତୁGet Acknowledgement
    ଆବେଦନ ଦାଖଲ ପରେ ଆକ୍ନୋଲେଜ୍‌ମେଣ୍ଟ ସ୍ଲିପ ନିଅନ୍ତୁ। ଏଥିରେ ଆବେଦନ ନମ୍ବର ଥିବ।After submission, collect the acknowledgement slip with your application number.
