1. ଏସଏମଏସ ସୂଚନା ଯାଞ୍ଚ କରନ୍ତୁCheck SMS Notification

   ଯାଞ୍ଚ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ହେଲେ ଆପଣଙ୍କ ମୋବାଇଲରେ ଏସଏମଏସ ସୂଚନା ଆସିବ। ଏଥିରେ ଆବେଦନ ନମ୍ବର ଓ ଷ୍ଟାଟସ ଲେଖା ଥିବ।You will receive an SMS notification on your mobile when verification is complete. It will contain the application number and status.
2. ଏ-ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପୋର୍ଟାଲରେ ଲଗଇନ କରନ୍ତୁLogin to e-District Portal

   ଏଡିସତ୍ରିକଟ.ଓଡିଶ.ଗୋବ.ଇନ ଖୋଲନ୍ତୁ ଓ ଆପଣଙ୍କ ଆକାଉଣ୍ଟରେ ଲଗଇନ କରନ୍ତୁ। 'ତ୍ରକ ଅପପଲିକଶନ ବା 'ଡୋୱନଲୋଅଡ କେରଟିଫିକଟେ ବିକଳ୍ପ ଖୋଜନ୍ତୁ।Open edistrict.odisha.gov.in and login to your account. Look for 'Track Application' or 'Download Certificate' option.

3. ଆବେଦନ ନମ୍ବର ଦେଇ ଖୋଜନ୍ତୁSearch by Application Number

   ଆପଣଙ୍କ ଆବେଦନ ନମ୍ବର ଦେଇ ସର୍ଚ କରନ୍ତୁ। ଷ୍ଟାଟସ 'ଅପପ୍ରୋବେଡ ଥିଲେ ଡାଉନଲୋଡ ବିକଳ୍ପ ଉପಲବ୍ଧ ହେବ।Search using your application number. If status shows 'Approved', the download option will be available.
4. ପିଡିଏଫ ଡାଉନଲୋଡ କରନ୍ତୁ ବା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟରୁ ସଂଗ୍ରହ କରନ୍ତୁDownload PDF or Collect from Office

   'ଡୋୱନଲୋଅଡ ବଟନ ଦବାନ୍ତୁ। ଡିଜିଟାଲ ପ୍ରମାଣପତ୍ର ଉପଲବ୍ଧ ନ ଥିଲେ ତହସିଲ/ଏସଡିଏମ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟରୁ ମୂଳ କପି ସଂଗ୍ରହ କରନ୍ତୁ।Click 'Download' button. If digital certificate is not available, collect the original copy from Tahasil/SDM office.
