ଷ୍ଟାಮ୍ପ ଡ୍ୟୁଟି: ସହର ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ସମ୍ପତ୍ତି ମୂଲ୍ୟର 5%, ଗ୍ରାମ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ 3-5%। ରେଜିଷ୍ଟ୍ରେସନ ଫି 1%। ମହିଳା ମାଲିକଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଛାଡ଼ ଉପಲବ୍ଧ।Stamp duty: 5% of property value in urban areas, 3-5% in rural. Registration fee is 1%. Concession available for female property owners.
